I started my career in the pool enclosure industry in 1980, straight out of high school. Immense changes have occurred during the past 45 years. They began in 1992 with hurricane andrew. Most recently, the biggest change has been the high cost of aluminum extrusions, Florida building code regulation and the ever increasing cost of doing business.
It’s just wise to know the options of not only cost effective materials, but assurance that all required insurance and licensing are in place, BEFORE you go into contract on your purchase.
That’s where I come on. The cost savings can be thousands and in some cases 10’s of thousands. At the same time, be confident that the correct, design, materials, permitting and regulations are met.
